How do I create a new Ticket for a Problem I'm having?

If you have a technology issue that is not keeping you from working (non-outage) start a trouble ticket like this:
#1. Visit helpdesk.girlscoutsosw.org
#2. Click Open a New Ticket
#3. Enter your Email Address, Full Name, (optionally) your phone number. Chose a Help Topic, "Report a Problem" is best for normal issues.
#4. Enter a Summary in "Issue Summary"
#5. Enter more details in the details box. (note that you can attach a picture or other supporting files, use the picture icon or the "Drop Files here" function or Click "choose them" in the details box)
#6. (optionally) choose a Priority Level
#7. Click "Create Ticket" to submit. Reset to clear the form, Cancel to cancel.
