How do I check on the status of a ticket I submitted or update my ticket?

Once you submit a ticket you will get an onscreen notice with a ticket number, you will receive an email with the ticket number as well. To check on a Ticket Status:
#1. Visit: helpdesk.girlscoutsosw.org
#2. Click "Check Ticket Status"
#3. Enter your email address in the Email Address box
#4. Enter your ticket number in the Ticket Number box
#5. Click View Ticket
Details of your ticket along with any updates will be displayed. Note that you can post more information by typing text or attaching files in the "Post a Reply" section. Click the "Post Reply" button to submit updates.
